Bio

Hello there! I’m Heather Dora, Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) and founder of Love Ethos. Well-versed in the intricacies and art of psycho-educational assessment, my passion and specialty are working with behaviorally challenged youth, emotional disturbance, high functioning autism, ADHD, specific learning disabilities, comorbid mental health conditions, foster care and traumatized youth. I love working closely with children and families and providing insight into their child’s thinking, reasoning, behavior, etc. and formulating intervention plans. I am also passionate about assisting families navigate the special education process and enjoy advocate work and facilitating meaningful discussions with IEP team members to ultimately best serve the student.

Philosophy: My company Love Ethos was founded on the principle that when children are in the presence of loving adults, that feeling of safety, security, acceptance and love propels their own emotional growth and can often be the catalyst for positive life changes.
